I'm humbled because I thought I knew all there was about bipolar. There is always something to learn about this condition. I was especially struck by your line about Pat. "Pat is bipolar, while if Pat had cancer one would not say, 'Pat is cancer.' The label is such a stigma. I had a nearly impossible time getting health insurance.
